Preparation
Available items are generally prepared within 1–3 business days. Busy gifting periods, address verification or pre-order items may require additional time. The checkout and confirmation email should show the most current estimate.
Rates, duties and tracking
Available delivery methods and rates are calculated from the destination at checkout. International duties, taxes or carrier fees may apply depending on the destination and are shown by the connected checkout service where supported. A tracking link is sent after dispatch.

Before sending anything back
Contact Harmoi Care before returning an item. Eligibility depends on item condition, packaging, product type and hygiene requirements. Used personal-care tools may not be eligible unless defective. Final eligibility and any return instructions are confirmed by Harmoi Care.
Damage or incorrect item
Photograph the outer package, shipping label and affected item as soon as possible, then email the order number and images to hello@harmoi.shop. Keep all packaging until the case is resolved.

Wash with mild soap and lukewarm water. Dry fully. Avoid extreme heat, prolonged sun and hard drops.
Wipe clean and keep dry. Do not soak, place in a dishwasher or leave in a humid bathroom.
Wipe after use and store dry. Natural patina can be gently polished with a brass-safe soft cloth.
Gentle-Use Safety
Harmoi tools are for external self-care and general wellness routines, not diagnosis or treatment. Begin with light pressure and enough slip. Do not use on broken, inflamed, infected, numb or acutely painful areas. Avoid the front of the throat and direct pressure on the eyeball. Stop if discomfort occurs. Ask a qualified health professional before use if you are pregnant, take blood-thinning medication, bruise easily or have an active medical condition.
Privacy
Contact, delivery and order information is used to complete purchases, provide support, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations. Payment details should be collected by the connected secure payment provider and are not stored in this front-end website. Marketing email is sent only after a separate opt-in. The final production privacy notice must name the connected commerce, payment, analytics and email providers.
Purchase Terms
Prices are shown in USD unless the connected checkout presents another currency. Product availability, final delivery cost, taxes and the binding order total are confirmed at checkout. An order is accepted only after successful payment and confirmation. Natural grain, color and patina vary between pieces and are not necessarily defects. These customer-care notes should be reviewed by Harmoi's operator and legal adviser before production launch.
